I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, although clean and comfortable, were not tidied during my stay despite leaving instructions. The service was lacking, with staff being unfriendly and unresponsive. The location was excellent, but the dining options were overpriced. Facilities were generally good, but there were some shortcomings in service and room cleanliness.

I found the hotel to be a great stay overall. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, however, there was a lingering smell that could have been addressed. The service was fantastic, with comfy beds and a welcoming family atmosphere, although there were some issues with restaurant staff. The location was convenient, especially for airport travel and families with kids due to the exciting water slide on-site. The dining experience was delightful, offering a variety of menu options.
